To combat this, I've started adding Qunol Liquid Turmeric to a morning Mango/Banana and Almond milk shake. It is delicious and makes me feel very healthy. I can use all the tasty, nutritious help I can get to combat the effects of age on my joints.

I could not lie on my right side (favorite lifelong sleeping position) because it felt like a ball of fire at the pressure point. Left side sleeping was impossible even with pillows under my right leg and I had to learn to sleep on my back. It was difficult to walk. Within 10 days the pain was reduced. Walking became easier and easier. Within three months, I was able to return to my normal sleeping position and the problem has not returned.

I've been taking liquid Qnol Liquid Turmeric for about 2 months now to help with my arthritis. Within 2 weeks of using it, my pain reduced dramatically. I don't have to take the daily ibuprofen that I'd been previously. I can move without pain which is a wonderful feeling!!

I take Turmeric everyday as an anti-inflammatory. I've been taking the capsules. Decided to try this liquid out. Wow. It actually tastes really good. And it uses Xylitol as a sweetener which is something I use as well. You get the same dosage as with two capsules.
