This bottle contains over the recommended 95% curcuminoids, and it tastes delicious too. Prior to this, I was brewing turmeric tea, but it was time-intensive and not as tasty. This is much easier - I know i'm getting what my body needs quickly and easily. I've only been using for a week, and I think you see effects more 6-8 weeks out. But i'm doing this for long-term health/cancer prevention, etc.

It tastes so good I want to take more than recommended, but I don't. I have high cholesterol and take this in addition to Cholestoff and my levels have dropped more than I expected.

I have been using this for 1 week and have noticed I do not ache as much. My hip used to bother me at night and the last few nights I have not noticed the pain much. In my research everything points to your body absorbing and using turmeric better when it is in liquid form. I am feeling better by the day. Really helps. I have osteoarthritis and diverticulitis and am doing better on both counts. And the taste is pretty good! I actually like it and since it is thick I fill the little cup a few times and drink it to make sure I am not wasting any.

I have been suffering with a heel spur for the last 2 months. Being a nurse, I am on my feet all day for a 10 hr shift in a hospital walking on concrete floors. I have had to resort to taking non-steroidal medications to make it through the day. I just bought this product less than a week ago and my heel pain is barely noticeable and improving every day. I will not go without taking this product every day. I am a firm believer that if it can help with noticeable inflammation, it will certainly take care of the undetected inflammation as found in arteries!

After using for months I had little to no joint pain, so I didn't but any right away when I ran out just to see if it was making the biggest difference since I take other supplements that help also. Turmeric can replace harmful NSAIDS for people suffering from chronic pain. The fact that this contsins BioPerine is awesome as this increases absorption drastically.
