Good Morning Kim. We are so sorry that your first experience using our diapers was not up to the quality expectations that we stand by. We're really interested to learn more about that case of diapers and see how we can make it up to you. We encourage you to call us at 888-301-0332 so we can obtain important lot code information and retrieve some samples for review to make sure they are performing as intended.

Good Afternoon. We're so sorry to hear about the absorbency and fasteners not holding. Sometimes rubbing the fasteners in a circular motion will engage the tiny hooks on the fastener into the loops on the front of the diaper. We take this and all feedback very seriously, and treat every Member interaction that is anything short of excellent as an opportunity to improve. Please reach out at 888-301-0332 so that we may obtain more information regarding the diaper product. - we look forward to hearing from you!
