This generator fits all my needs... it can function as a whole house back up generator and be used for my dads 30 foot trailer. i am glad that i purchased this and am very happy with the easy of use... it has a remote control to turn it on, great feature!! also C02 sensor is a must since i have young kids. i am very satisfied with this generator and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable generator at a reasonable cost.

This is my first experience with a generator. There was minimal assembly needed and instructions on set and running were very easy to follow. It started right up on my first attempt which was awesome! Overall this model is a good value and will serve my back up power needs during power outages. I bought this item at the end of last month and can not say enough GOOD things!! If you are in the market for a generator look no further. We have used it twice so far and have zero complaints. It is a very well built product and powers our whole house. My wife even loves how easy it is to use while I am at work, it even has a remote start! Since making this purchase it has reduced so much stress knowing our home will be secure, during the most brutal winter storms living in the great white mountains of New Hampshire.

Living in southeast Ga brings along a lot of different weather stories. With all the trees we have around in the region, 1 is going to find a way to knockout the electric. Have had enough and purchased the WGen9500c. Have it set to power all the important items in the house if we lose power again. Tired of replacing everything in the fridge and stand up freezer. And a great price compared to others this size and customer ratings.

Was easy to assemble, and came with everything beside the Natural Gas Hose is missing, which I have reported to WestingHouse and waiting on if they could mail me one. This same model was recommended to me by my neighbor who used it during the recent Hurricane Beryl in Texas and hooked up to his house and provide power to the whole house.

Purchased this 9500KW Generator after our Western NC disaster. My old generator failed within the first 24Hrs after losing power. After regaining power, saw this Westinghouse Unit on sale at a great price. Received the new unit, unpacked and began final setup. Installation instructions are well written, so setup was simple. Added fuel, gasoline, using the remote key FOB, the unit started within 3 seconds. Unit handled the load I applied with no problem. Load included a 208VAC well pump, 208VAC Hot water Heater, Oil Furnace, Freezer, two refrigerators, Microwave oven, TV and multiple lights. This unit also supports using propane and natural gas as a fuel source. This unit appears to be well built, so I expect to get many years of service from this Westinghouse Unit. I am very pleased with this generator and would recommend it as a backup power unit

We bought the Westinghouse 9500c generator to supply our needs when we lose power. Love the push button start; fired up with no problem. Easy to move; love how the handle folds down when not using. Easy to connect to our power system. We feel secure knowing we have this fantastic generator to keep us turned on when the lights go out.

Just finished assembly, so I can't speak to performance yet. However, it is evident this generator was well-thought out in the design. It was easy to assemble and not difficult to remove from box. Among the small touches appreciated: 1) tools were included, 2) a dog-neck funnel for oil, which stayed in place while filling, and 3) generous lengths of propane and NG hoses were included.

I bought this after a prolonged power outage (5 days) due to a hurricane. I have run the unit for a few winutes and the start-p and operation is very reliable. I have not yet had to run this for a real life power outage so i do not know the long term performance
