Good quality, easy assembly. Started right off. Very easy to operate, nice piece of equipment. Hope I don't need it this winter, but glad I have it.

Wonderful experience. Unit included everything, the tools, oil, parts, etc. to get the unit up and running. Generator started up on the try.

I nave not run it yet. Just to set it up hope it work out for what I got for my wife is on Oxygen . so I got it for the reason

purchased this for back up power since we are on the end of the line for our power and I'm glad I did. Started right up and everything worked!

first rate generator, easy to assemble, it's hefty weight wise, and it is ready for a manual switch install for loss of power. runs great

Westinghouse Wgen9500

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.

Quit running after 10 min

I setup my generator today and it's so easy. The product came with a natural gas and propane hose, plus oil and funnel. Easy startup guide, I was probably done and running the generator in 10 minutes. We bought this to power our 2000sqft home. It worked wonderfully and it even could handle the 4 ton ac starting up on natural gas!
