Pleased with the item but was damaged in shipping, the damage doesn't stop it from working. Over all pleased

Easy setup. Has a 50 amp cord that we can plug in to the house to run everything we need. We are very well prepared for the next outage.

Powerful machine

We had freezing temperatures and lost power. This generator did wonders keeping our sink pumps going so the basement didn't flood

Great in time of emergency

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.

Quit running after 10 min

I love my Westinghouse generator.  It starts on demand, never giving me any issues and the dual fuel is a great added feature.  The push button start allows me to start it from anywhere, and the CO sensor gives me piece of mind when I am not around.  Great generator.
