We have had no issues since purchasing. Just a few things we needed to learn about it but after that it has been great.

No place in the instruction manual does it give the amount of oil to put in I had to use the dipstick five times so it would not overflow. Silly.

This is the first generator I have bought, but the ease of assembly and the ease of getting it started was amazing

I wanted to see how hard it was to start it with the rope. 1st pull, not too much effort, it fired right up. Runs smooth and relatively quiet.

I am very happy with the WGen9500 so far. I have recommend it to my friends, it can power the whole house.

Purchased this after hurricane beryl, delivered yesterday, registered the product and going to test tomorrow.

Have fired it up a couple of times to test. Works well so far. Like the remote and the soft start and stop features.

Put gas and oil in it. And the remote started it up from over 50 feet away. Ran it with about 3000 watt load for 30 minutes and it did great.

Purchased this generator for a backup power source. It works great. I would highly recommend this product.

Just tried it and sooo glad I bought this, although I may not need all the features it has it is comforting to know I have more than I need.
