Westinghouse 9,500/12,500-Watt Gasoline-Powered Portable Generator

Easy assembly, had everything needed to get it running, minus the gas.  So far all features are good, and work as advertised.

Seems to be a capable generator.  Starts right up and like the remote start.  Will run a great deal of my house is needed.

I just purchased this generator and it was so easy to set-up and operate.  Fits all my current needs when I lose power.

Great features, easy set-up

Got this a few months ago and had a transfer switch installed 4 days before our power was shut off.  Was able to run pretty much anything we wanted.

So far so good

Looks awesome. If I never need it for a power outage I'd be happy. But.now feel more secure it the situation warrants its use

Easy to get going

I bought the unit after I assembled it for my friend.  I like the running watts and the start features.

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.

Quit running after 10 min

I love my Westinghouse generator.  It starts on demand, never giving me any issues and the dual fuel is a great added feature.  The push button start allows me to start it from anywhere, and the CO sensor gives me piece of mind when I am not around.  Great generator.
