Just purchased a couple of weeks ago and fortunately we haven't been without power to use the generator but the initial set-up and start up was easy. The remote start is a really nice feature as I am unable to start it with the pull rope.

Having the push button and remote start sure does make it easier to operate. Will have to up date upon further use but so far it's performs as expected.

Buy this product and it's excellent, just that the remote control did not come, I'm about to realize that claim and I'm sure they will respond quickly. I recommend it

I bought this for any power outages, and it works very well. It is a very strong generator that can run my fridge and the internet during power outages. I would recommend this device.

I just got my new generator put together connected the battery added oil filled with gas and it started on the first try. Hoping we don't need to use it but if we do we know it's ready to go.

Just received but seems to be running and doing as expected i have had igen4500 for 5 years have been very satisfied see no reason for this to disappoint
