Bought this a month ago and it works wonderful especially in the area we live in . The power goes out with just the sound of thunder . So this comes in handy very often.

Arrived on time and am excited to use it when the power goes out. Everything was easy to setup. The thing is really heavy and if you need to move it up and down steps then you might need an extra person to help safely move it.

This will be used to power the house and spa during intermittent power outages. The wife loves how simple it is to start and run. I love the power output.

So far so good everything came to me in perfect condition. Box with perfect condition as well. All the parts were there. The shipping was super fast no complaints so far I will update this if I run into any problems.

Will not start, I've tried everything. And yes I'm very mechanical. I'll have to call the service number and see how that goes. I can always edit this review if this thing starts running.
