This generator came packaged well, and the directions are easy to follow. The wgen9500 works as described, easy start up and generates a lot of power!! Ive only ran it a few times but so far it has delivered on its promises!!

The first westinghouse generator I bought was for my R.V. A little small on wattage but worked great. This one is for other useage sense it has the 230 outlets. Also great idea the tri fuel.

I purchased this unit as a backup power supply for my home. I followed the instructions provided and it started immediately. The only surprise was the time delay (a few seconds) after pressing the start button.

I bought this weeks ago. I am very happy with product. Set up is another story. If instructions said “put feet on first then wheels. It would have been easier if wheels went on first then tilt up HEAVY generator.

Love the remote start. And the push button also. My husband has RA and its easy for him to work. This feature and we have family and friends that have Westinghouse generators is why we perchased it.
