I bought this generator about three weeks ago and I very happy with it. A little heavy but easy to maneuver with the wheels. I only wished I would have, had it during the February 2021 freeze which lasted six days.

Product was very easy to setup. Battery was pre-charged, and once I added oil and fuel, it cranked on the first try. Hoping to not have to use it during hurricane season, but feel very prepared if needed.

I just bought this generator. Ran great, but battery does not work. Had to start manually. We requested a new battery and are waiting for reply from company..

Started right up out of the box. Appears well made and rugged. Love the key FOB remote start feature and the battery charger. Looks like a good value for the this size generator

I bought the wgen9500c as a whole house backup power source. I like that the 240v/50amp outlet is in the middle of the generator and not over the wheels because it makes it easier to plug in the 90 degree plug.

I just bought this generator. It's the WGen9500DF model which I believe is a fairly new. The setup was quick and easy. The operation was simple. It came with very clear instructions.

Arrived earlier than expected, product as described, extra bonus came with battery which was unexpected but appreciated and quieter then expected when running.

After researching many brands, I decided on the Westinghouse. I needed 50amp plug to run my entire house so this fit the bill and had remote start. I think it's a great value overall.

Assembly and start-up went without problems. Initial start on propane and will be run on natural gas when in use during power outage. That has not happened in the two months I have had the generator so I cannot comment further.
