I upgraded my 5000 watt 15 year old generator with the 9500 to backup my home. I am thrilled to not have go out to turn it off at night or morning to start it.

After researching and reading reviews I decided to purchase this generator for winter and unexpected power outages. I love the power and performance and have not been disappointed. GREAT GENERATOR!!!

I just received this to replace an old generator. This is much easier to use. Instructions are easy to follow. lots of nice features for various situations.

Easy to use, great size, and love, love, love, the remote start! Works every time and runs very smooth. This generator is an upgrade from an unbranded one with a Honda engine and this one beats it hands down! Highly recommend this generator!

I bough this a couple months ago to use during hurricane season in the event of a power loss and it was a great purchase, easy to install and use. Nothing like having a peace of mind. Easy to assemble and love the key fob feature.

I bought this generator end of August 2023 on-line. I just installed the transfer switch this month (Dec) and fired it up with my electrician friend. It works fantastic! Plenty of power @ 12,500 watts peak and can't wait for a real power failure :-)

Haven't used yet, bought it for the black outs. But it was very easy to put the wheels and the stands on. Very easy instructions to read and understand. It was heavy but my wife and I could take it out, just the two of us.

This thing is freaking sweet. I've been rolling around the neighborhood with it just showing it off. It has everything you could want in a power mulch. Holla atcha boy.

it was deliverd quickly. it was easy to assemble and easy to start. Have not had to use yet, but i forsee no problems. It also much lighter than a different brand generator i previously owned.

I just received on 10/30/19 and so far I am impressed with all the features and ease of use. Documentation is good and easy to follow. Only issue is the battery leaked acid which I am working with Westinghouse to correct. All in all, all good.
