I live on the Outer Banks of NC where there are a lot of storms that cause power outages. This generator will meet my needs to power my fridge and freezer and other items until the power comes back on.

I purchased this in advance of what is expected to be a busy hurricane season. The generator started immediately and was easy to set up. Definitely big enough to run thr critical systems during a power outage.

I bought this generator one week ago, and got the shipment just one week. After test, I like it very much, since this generator have many good features such as remote control, both 30A and 50A outlet, etc.. Runs very reliable!

it's a great generator thus far it's powered up and has ran for days. It's not to loud so that is a good thing. And with all the different plugs it helps at having multiple ways to charge

So glad I bought this generator for when the power goes out. I like the push button to start and stop, also with the remote. Awesome feature is being able to use gasoline, propane or natural gas.

It runs on Natural Gas!! I never have to worry about fuel source. It has more power than others, and at a fair price. I will never fear another hurricane again!!

Purchased a week ago in order to power the house via interlock switch. Testing whole house tomorrow but so far set up and start was very easy. Looking forward to years of use with the generator.

It arrived on time. The electric start feature VERRRY nice. And quieter than expected. After having owned several generators. This one is my favorite.

Couldn't ask for better. Easy set up, good power, great value. I like the battery tender, remote start, and clean look. Noise is about as expected. True power house.

I bought the 9500 Dfc version a month ago. The dual fuel was the biggest selling feature for me. I will never use with Gasoline in order to keep the carb clean! Bolted the unit together and fired up with the first push of a button!
