My WGen9500 came in perfect condition and with great attention to detail. The manual is easy to read, maintenance is spelled out and customer support available.

Bought this for peace of mind in case of power loss from a storm. Was easy to set up 10 minutes had wheels and legs on. Oil and gas filled,started easily. Makes some noise but about what I expected quieter than my mower.

Received five days ago added oil gasoline run through the checklist run six breakers in my home does an excellent job the long run time will be an asset to our house

This model has electric start, battery disconnect, an RV plug in port, and is really easy to store. The large tires which have bearings make it roll easily. You would never know it weighs over 200 lbs.

We haven't had to use this in an emergency yet, but we have tried it out (after the 5 hour break in period) and it works great. I love the power options available. Definitely recommend as a whole house backup generator

This generator has everything we need for emergency power. Only thing I wish it had a 12 volt charging outlet. It started and ran fine. Only problem was the remote start fob battery was dead.
