Recently purchased for periodic power outages. Assembly was quick and easy. Many nice features that should get us by for a few days if necessary. Working on getting set up with a transfer switch.

Shipped fast easy assembly of wheel kit that supplied added oil connected battery. then video of first start up .had my wife use remote fob started right up run quite and smooth. .

I like it all, it works to power my food truck enough. I like the fact that it has its own remote control that you can turn on far. I'd prefer it to be less noisy or the ones that are completely silent, but I guess that's the price for it.

Just operated it yesterday and today ran great. Tested under load and continued to perform as advertised. Planning on using it for whole home emergency power. I would recommend this generator. Great value for price.

Great generator features for the price! Good power and tri fuel as well for much needed flexibility. Comes with a propane and natural gas hoses! Remote start makes it easy to get going.

Love how easy and fast it starts. One issue I have is that the 50 amp receptacle is right over the wheel and makes it very difficult to plug into. Will need to get an adapter to extend it out past the wheel some.

Purchased during the major ice storm that swept through NW Oregon in early 2021, and we are so glad that we did. Arrived just in time and we were able to power the whole house with it.

Best generator by far that i have owned. Easy to set-up and the remote start is a life safer on jobsites. Super quite and is awesome on fuel consumption Recommend to anyone looking for reliable great generator!

I like the idea of being able to start my generator from inside my home also being able to run my air and heat at the same time the Electricity goes out here quite often thanks Westinghouse.

I got this to replace a 5500kw generator, this 9500 is great it will power my whole house now. The remote start is incredible, my wife can use it with ease. Great peace of mind during storms.
