I just bought this generator. Ran great, but battery does not work. Had to start manually. We requested a new battery and are waiting for reply from company..

The generator came well package and love the fact that it has remote start and tri fuel options. The generator came with the hoses too which was a nice surprise. Very well made and will run my entire house during a power outage.

I live in a very rural area and lose power several times during the winter. This generator will handle two space heaters, a refrigerator, and a charging station for iPhones.

Generator is just as described on Sam's website. Love the TRI-fuel option and comes with all necessary connections for all fuel options. I also really like the remote start, this allows a lot of flexibility when using the generator.

I had problems with the generator being shipped as freight to a UPS facility that could not handle the product (which weighed 220 pounds). I am working thru those problems and the generator appears to be a great generator.

Complete with wheels, handle, oil, wrenches, battery, battery charger and a remote starter. Didn't need to buy anything else. As a bonus it's also more compact than the 5500 watt generator it is replacing.

we bought it for the hurrican season but was delivered after one already pass, so no use it yet but the remote control and push button start are good feature

I just assembled the generator. I followed the directions, took my time, and had no problems. Paring the key fob with the start button is tricky, but it worked fine when I tested this feature. The generator starts easily and runs great.

Starts everytime and very fuel efficient. Low noise compared to other brands, and I can depend on this generator to power me though a long term storm. This is a workhorse for a low end cheaper generator that is built with quality.
