Generator is just as described on Sam's website. Love the TRI-fuel option and comes with all necessary connections for all fuel options. I also really like the remote start, this allows a lot of flexibility when using the generator.

I needed a bigger generator and this was a major upgrade for a reasonable price. The electric start is a huge plus, and the electronics are very helpful in knowing how many appliances you can run at once.

Got this as a whole home back up for my 1,700 sqft house. Installed a magnetic dip stick and added oil. Haven't had a chance to do the break in procedure. Started right up when I did run it for 5 minutes. Didn't have excessive metal in the oil.

Haven't got to use I to full capacity yet (no power outages) but with a soft starter on the AC unit I shouldn't have a problem running my house. (Minus the oven or dryer)

I recently purchased this WGen 9500. It arrived very well packaged. Very easy to assemble completed in a few minutes. Noise level is not as loud as I expected. very easy to operate & maintain.
