Used for 2 hours after I received product. Worked great. Then our power went out on 8/26/2023. Started generator and would run for 10 - 20 seconds then shut off. I am calling customer service on 8/28/2023 to discuss

Generator was delivered into my shop, and was in good condition. Easy to unpack and setup. Added gas and it started on first try. Tested all functions, and after a little hiccup with the gfi's worked very well. Powered my shop and house easily.

Battery was already hooked up. It was dead and won't charge. Battery Charger that's supposed to be included is missing. I can pull start the unit. Will be calling for help to see what support will be provided.

I just bought this generator. Ran great, but battery does not work. Had to start manually. We requested a new battery and are waiting for reply from company..

We wanted 50 amo and remote start and this product offered both of our needs. Cost was very reasonable to other products and this model offered so much more as well

Just purchased, but first impression this generator is great for the average home! We lost power a lot so we are glad to have something reliable when we do!

Just set it up today, it was easy to set up and powers out whole house. Remote and push button start are definitely neat features that will allow the wife to have no problem setting it up and getting it going if I'm out of town.

With this lasts storms in the Houston Area this generator is a most have, and I don't have to worry about running out of gas, because is connected to the natural gas

My electrician pal wired up the transfer switch, got everything hooked up and it runs like a Swiss watch. Perfect. My neighbors will be jealous when the power goes out. thank you Westinghouse! p.s. I worked for Westinghouse in the mid 1970's

I like it all, it works to power my food truck enough. I like the fact that it has its own remote control that you can turn on far. I'd prefer it to be less noisy or the ones that are completely silent, but I guess that's the price for it.
