I bought this generator about three weeks ago and I very happy with it. A little heavy but easy to maneuver with the wheels. I only wished I would have, had it during the February 2021 freeze which lasted six days.

So glad to have purchased such a versatile generator! Nothing like the feeling of feeling assured of having power even in the worst storms in Houston!

Generator just arrived today. Arrived FedEx, delivery person was very helpful and polite. The generator was packed well for travel. Put it together and got it started. Started easily. Not too loud.

Just received my new generator the design and features are amazing. It's the best looking unit on the market with the power to run my whole house. Westing house has the best reputation. Can't wait for the power to go out, joking.

Just bought this so can't say much to longevity yet, but is a well built generator, set up was easy and starts up and runs great, with some nice features. Had a little damage was shipping and customer service was great to deal with!!

I purchased 5 months ago but was just able to utilize it. It met and exceeded all of my requirements. It was very easy to assemble, move around and operate

I love that this multi fuel generator came with the alternative fuel supply lines. Easy assembly with everything needed, including the oil + funnel. Started right up. I'm looking forward to using it when the power goes out again.

I bought this Genny at the End of July, after losing power 3 times in the last year or so. Everything came in the box undamaged and after following the easy instructions, it started right up without any issues. Looks to be a very good Machine!

My old generator died on us after Hurricane Ian, so I ordered this WGen9500 and it works great! Electric/remote start was a nice feature so I didn't have to go out in the dark to start it! Plenty of power to run the whole house and a portable AC!

Item was easy to put together. However, I wish all items included were labeled so we know what they are for. Appears to be ready in the case of loss of power.
