This is the 4th identical generator we have purchased for our business. The gas/propane feature is great. The units always start readily and if a 5th is needed - we will purchase another of the same model.

This Westinghouse WGen9500DFc is built solid and having the remote start is perfect. I'm going to be using for back up power when there's outages. The 50 amp service will have me covered when I get the plug hooked up to my panel.

I bough this last year and have it set up for Incase of power outages. So far have not had to use it but on the test runs that I have done it has worked very good. Easy to setup and maintain

I am impressed with the features of this generator. Remote start, tri-fuel, etc. It has a reputation as a durable unit. I am in the process of connecting it to natural gas.

I purchased WGen9500c because I wanted protection against losing power. That happened last year three times for various length of times. Hoping we do not have to empty our freezers and refrigerators and take all perishables to my daughters home.

Only complaint so far is that during assembly i had to file out the hole in the frame in order to get the pin for the wheel to fit. Probably will rust there now

We purchased this a week ago after our power went out for a week for a backup generator. We tried it on gas and propane. It's above our expectations! It's quieter than our honda. Very pleased with the performance.
