Glad I bought this item I wish I would have made the purchase a little earlier due to the recent storm. Lesson learned I'll be ready for the next one to come.

I bought this earlier this month and am so glad I did. Helps provide peace of mind for future power outages, etc. Works great and isn't bad to look at either.

I live in FL and need in case of hurricane. We have used once so far and very simple to use. My only watch out is the cable needed to attach to house. It took a bit to uncover what right size cable necessary for a large unit like this (9500.)

First time setup was trouble-free and generator started up easily on first attempt. Remote start and stop works well also. Looking forward to many years of trouble-free operation.

We bought this about a month ago and have already used it once. It's really easy to use once you read the operating instructions. I also like that it is very easy to transport using the handle and wheels. Overall, we are very pleased!

Bought this after this freeze with had in Texas. Have it to setup to run most of my house. Love the key fob that allows you to turn off remotely if you're trying to conserve fuel.

I purchased this generator due to it's electric start. Due to my age I am unable to start a pull start generator. I love that I only have to push a button to start this one.

bought this product and absolutley love the fact that it has an electric start and i dont have to be yanking on a pull cord and loves that it comes with a remote

I bought this item to provide backup power during Texas' power outages. After receiving it and setting it up, I am very impressed with the quality of this generator. I feel confident it will do exactly what I need it to do during our next outage.
