Our WGen9500 was delivered today. It came undamaged and on time. It was so easy to set up and start. The remote was a great surprise. It exceeded our expectations!

I just got this generator today it ran for about 4 hours after charging a propane tank the unit will not run more than 10 minutes. I'm in Houston with no power!!!!

I brought this home and within 10 minutes it was up and running could not believe all the cool features especially the remote start , can't wait for the power to go out!

I recently bought this generator. It looks great. It was easy to assemble and started right up. I will have an electrician set it up to power my important household appliances, lights and ceiling fans.

All the power I need to run a camper with 2 AC units in the yard. Powers my home appliances during hurricane season. Has some weight to it which is easy to move around with the included wheels and handle.

Just put it together only took a few minutes, added the oil and gas. Pushed the remote and fired right up, pugged a drill in everything seems to be running fine.

We have frequent power outages and this replaces an older less powerful generator. It arrived well paced and was easy to assemble. The control panel is laid out nicely and the VFT monitor and remote start are are great features.

I have not yet started the generator, but the quality of the product, it's packaging and the manuals appear to be of the highest quality. I have read the manual and everything is very clearly explained. So far, I am very pleased.

Excellent power from this unit . Hooked up to my transfer switch and tried out . 240 volt well pump , sump pump, refrigerator , t.v. with 3 outher outlets . Ran strong with no problems . Great price . Looks great . Very happy with generator .

I bought one 3 years ago to share with my son. Never thought we would both be out at the same time. Surprise. I purchased a second one. They just start and work everytime.
