Bought this after Hurricane Ida, wasn't prepared this time around, but will be ready for the next one, tested it out and has more than enough power packed in this generator.

Owned several generators over the years. This one is buy far the best I've owned in a portable model. The price was great. I doubt I will ever need another one based on its quality. But with confidence. A+ product.

Bought this after the recent Texas ice storm, will be nice to have even in summer should a windstorm or other interrupt power. Love the electric start and the connectivity, and runs a lot quieter than I expected.

Battery was already hooked up. It was dead and won't charge. Battery Charger that's supposed to be included is missing. I can pull start the unit. Will be calling for help to see what support will be provided.

I bought this after my 20 year old one would not stay running. Very impressed with it and the value. This leaves us feel good about the hurricane season know we are covered.

After going through hurricane summer of 2023 with no power for a week. Lost a lot of food. I got westinghouse 9500/12500 TRI fuel. If I never have to use it for power outage that will be fine with me but I've got it if needed.

Just set it up today, it was easy to set up and powers out whole house. Remote and push button start are definitely neat features that will allow the wife to have no problem setting it up and getting it going if I'm out of town.

Just bought this generator to use with our RV. Haven't had a chance to really use it yet, but look forward to taking it out this summer. I really enjoy the electric start, and the ease of setup.

Have about 40 Hrs on this generator so far. Haven't had any problems with it. I like the remote start capability, the only complaint I have is the co2 sensor is very sensitive.

The generator was far quieter than I expected. Of course, it met the electrical demands! I appreciate that I can run it on gasoline or propane. Really like the remote start.
