The WGen9500 powers all the basic essentials without much of struggle and is relatively quiet. I especially like the remote start addition with the digital readout of voltage, hrs of run time, etc..

Bought this unit and had it shipped to me. Unit was in excellent condition. Wheel kit was simple to put on and the run flat tires are great. Added the included oil and fuel and it started up on first try. Ready for the Florida hurricane season!

Bought to power our house for when we lose power during a hurricane. And it runs beautifully including the A/C!! Best investment ever. Highly recommend.

We just purchased this having previously had a less powerful one from a competitor. Unpacking and setting up was a breeze and it started first press of the remote. Appears to be quieter than the our previous one. No complaints so far.

This is a beast, haven't gotten to put it to the use mode yet but with the storms stacking up I didn't want to get caught this time. Simple to put together. Don't get me wrong I hope I don't have to use it, but I feel better if we do get a storm

So far so good everything came to me in perfect condition. Box with perfect condition as well. All the parts were there. The shipping was super fast no complaints so far I will update this if I run into any problems.

I bought it as an upgrade to power my house in case of a power outage, probably due to a hurricane. It functions just like it's supposed to. I hope to never have to use it but you never know.

We bought this generator as a replacement for our old one. When it arrived, we took it out and tried it out. Worked great, we can use our the washer the next time we lose power!!! We told our friend, his thinking of getting one for his house.

I bought this with the intent of using this in conjuction with a transfer switch. I have not yet used this option but have used with power tools and lights. So far so good.

I BOUGHT THIS OVER A YEAR AGO IN PREPARATION FOR HURRICANE SEASON AND HAVE JUST BROUGHT IT INTO SERVICE IN AUG 2020. THIS UNIT SAT IN BOX FOR OVER A YEAR AND ONCE PREPED WITH OIL AND FUEL, CONNECTED BATTERY AND SHE STARTED UP FIRST TRY.
