this is a backup generator as we have multiple power outages every year. I like being able to use propane for short outage with the ability to go to gas if extended. I will convert a natural gas outlet next spring

Just received my first generator it's a wgen9500ftc. I didn't get to use it during beryl but I plan to have a natural gas connection to the house and a connection to the electrical panel. I will update when item is used.

Just recently purchased this unit, very easy to get wheels on and other details to get unit running. Expected unit to be much louder then it was and unit will run everything we need to during outages.

This generator is cool and appreciate the option to have different fuel types. I bought this a month ago but so far works great for around the home appliances. Would recommend if you are looking for a multi-fuel generator

I had (2) Firman generators that continued to have issues when not used daily and finally decided to go with Westinghouse as I heard very good things. Has not disappointed yet!

We had our electrician run a dedicated line to power the whole house during hurricane power outages. Everything is hooked up and working, just waiting until we need it..

We've only been using the generator during the aftermath of Beryl. On day 4, runs our split ac, both fridges, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Transfer switch used. No issues so far.

purchased this on a whim ended up having a storm roll through that took power out for three days in freezing temps. not only did this thing save my house from freezing it kept my family warm and safe

Brought this generator in 2022 and never had to use it. But after hurricane Beryl it performed like a champ. The generator powered my hold house ( not A/C) with no issues. I have been running my generator known stop for 4 days.
