Showed up in great condition. Started right up first try and powered the house well. Battery hookup didn't match the directions in the book, but other than that, I'm happy.

Arrived with all needed to connect to natural gas outlet (1/2 inch flare). Ran it on natural gas powered all my house including 2 large fridges, freezer, 2 60 inch tvs and a 4 ton AC. Can't ask for more

I bought this about a month now. Solved all my power needs during storms. Perfectly packaged product. Product design is perfect for the application.

Very nice machine. Easy to put together and started right up. working with Westinghouse service department on a cracked cover behind the control panel. No problems getting in touch, and everyone is very good to deal with.

Just received this generator. Started right up, had to add extra oil over the 1 quart that came with it. The battery light does not come on unless it is running; not sure what that means, probably nothing.

Just had 9500 tri fuel delivered. Securely packaged. Have not tried yet. Love the tri fuel feature. Do not like having to store large quantities of gasoline. Also issues with carburetor and ethanol fuel.

Very easy assembly impressed with the way that is put together very well made like the gas gauge on the top the shut off fuel valve is very nice the battery charger plug in is very nice everything seems to be just wonderful in my book.

It is to early to tell about performance, but the instructions are precise and accurate. I have a problem in that the remote switch is nowhere to be found. I guess I should call to see about getting one to complete the setup.

I purchased this unit because of the tri fuel choices and the features on the unit. This unit was purchased in case of extended power outages because of tropical/hurricanes on the east coast.

With power grids getting fragile this 3 fuel option generator with easy assemble & easy fuel options is a step up. Had 4 previous types of generators & this is a much more modern and slick design for ease of use.
