This generator is fantastic they thought of all the what if's. There are 3 different ways to start it which I love. Never know what conditions may come up. Fantastic generator.

I purchased this generator for power outages caused by a weather event because we live in a rural area. I am impressed at the quality of this generator. Have only used it once but it worked flawlessly.

I purchased my 9500 Generator as a part-house supply during power outages. Delivery was fast! Ran the unit to test and all is Good! My electrician is installing a Transfer Switch in the house and we will be ready to go next time we lose power.

I bought this after the unexpected tornado win Houston happened and left my neighborhood without power for over a week. It does not turn on my AC, but it does keep my fridge and everything else in the house working.

Bought it and turned it on today. So far so good. Wish the instruction manual explained things better (for example oil pan capacity), but overall it's working as advertised.

Just received our generator after the great Texas freeze of 2021. Using as a whole house backup system. Started right up and came with great materials.
