Needed a new generator and went with this one because my brother already had it. I was able to fully check it out before my purchase. He explained all the cool features.

I bought this generator to hook up to my house in case of power outage. Haven't done so yet, but have used it for running miscellaneous items to test it and so far I really like this unit.

Just got this yesterday and was pleased to see that the only thing I had to do was install the wheels and feet (aside from gas and oil). I haven't tried using it yet as I am awaiting an Electrician to install my hook ups.

I bought over a month ago and set up was easy. The remote key comes in handy when my wife is home and I am not to get it going. Start up on first start.

Neighbor purchased a similar model for emergency home purposes. Worked great for him so I am doing the same thing. Do not need my sump and fridge/freezer to go south on me. 4 star no due to neighbor. Haven't tested it out in a power outage yet.

Generator is large enough to run most of the house suring a hurricane. The true fuel is great. Do not have to put gasoline on and have it clogged the carburetor. Happy with the purchase.

Bought the WGen9500 to prepare for Texas weather, and currently has passed the break-in phase. Starting to test out the generator at full power and it seems to be up to the challenge.

I was totally impressed that everything needed for natural gas or propane hook up was in the box. I'll be running mine on natural gas. The included 25' hose with quick disconnect will work perfectly.

All though I just got it, it's been working great so far. I haven't used it for backup power yet but based on what I've used it for (power for tools on the job site) it should do just fine.

Just got this today and I love it so far. I put some gas in it and pulled the rope. It cranked the first time. I have it stores under a shed about 100 feet from the house. I pushed the remote start button a and it cranks right up. Awesome features.
