Just got it and very excited to use it and see how much of my house it will run since we have all electrical appliances. Very nice out of the box, easy to assemble and very nice looking. Remote, push button start and 50 amp capability are my favorite features. I have no doubt it is going to be a great addition to our back up power system.

I bought two of these to power my whole house after a storm. They come with a remote starter but I could not get either of the remotes to sync to the generators. I tested the generators today and they both started easily but one kept stalling. After several attempts it ran steady. The two generators ran everything in my house including two air conditioners.

I purchased this for the upcoming hurricane season, as my old generator was on the outs. Wanted something it bit more powerful. After doing some searching online decided this was the one. We just went though Hurricane Debbie this past week and the generator worked perfectly, had everything up and running in a few minutes, with no issues. The electric start usiong the key fob was outstanding. Overall would give the generator a 5 star rating.

I bought this generator several months ago, sometime in May 2021, and was not able to setup and test it right away due to several reasons such as storage, timing, and others. However, I finally was able to setup and tested it this Christmas week as an advance gift for myself. The setup was simple and the test was excellent with the load. I was also able to setup the remote control and it worked great.

I bought this a month ago, so far haven't had the need to use it. However, after doing a lot of comparisons this particular unit I felt had the best power, for the price. In addition to this it had the automatic battery charger, was easy to set up, has a 40 and a 50amp outlet. Customer Service is great! I called with a question and with a very tolerable waiting period spoke to an agent who answered quickly and professionally in layman's terms.

After enduring hurricane Ian, I will never again worry about being without power for days at a time. My neighborhood electrician was able to easily set everything up so that we can use it when we need it. We did a test and found that it easily powered my a/c and other essential household items. I hope to never have to use this equipment, but know that I'll be in great shape if I need to at some point in the future.

We are running the generator to try and break it in so that we can put the cold weather oil in. The instructions say it does not work so well in cold weather. I called Westinghouse, which was not so easy to get through to and they said do not worry about it just keep it well maintained. Not very comforting to say the least as we get sub zero weather here. I tried to E mail them on this issue and they have never answered. It does seem like a fine machine though. it starts right up. I should review it in a year after we go through the cold weather. To be fair my research shows generators dont like cold weather. Pay attention to the pinch point on the handle which is well marked. I didn't and dang near chopped off my thumb. Follow the warnings!!

After reviewing the numerous generators on the market and comparing, I narrowed my search and purchased the Wgen 9500. In short, it stands up to the competition hands down. And the best part is what you're getting for the price your getting it for. TY!

Bought as a backup generator about 3 months ago and have had several occasions to use it so far including one outage that lasted several days. It was quick to set up and get running and has been very reliable so far. The power output is excellent, we run a 2200sqft house on it including 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers. The electric start is a nice feature, it makes it much easier for my wife or daughter to get it going if I'm not home when power goes out.

I bought this generator Jan 5th. it was easy to set up with the great directions. We had the power go out last week and the generator worked great, I use oxygen and now it doesn't matter if the power goes out we can run my compressor and the fridge no problem. Thanks
