Great generator

After our last power outage, we looked to replace our old generator, this one had all the features we needed.

SO FAR SO GOOD, DOES WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO! Have yet to use it during a storm but initial tests did check out.

DOES A GREAT JOB

The generator run rate with tri fuel feature. Able to power 1 4 ton AC unit with 50AMP outlet. The noise level is also better than other generator.

I bought this generator a few months ago and just hooked up and it runs like a champ!!!  No issues with starting it and it's great for all my needs.

excellent generator with necessary options needed

Bought two months ago followed all instructions . Started 2 times. Turning on monthly. Today won't turn on. Calling customer service.

2 months old not working

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.

Quit running after 10 min

I am relieved that 1 year after Helene we have finally installed a generator that can run our entire household.The critical aspect is 50 amps in order to run the well pump.We were able to add necessary electric box modification and not included 50 amp plug.
