The box arrived after about 10 days late damaged. But no damage to generator. Followed instructions to assemble and prep generator for starting. Instructions were easy to follow and thorough. Generator fired up first try. Tried all 3 methods of starting. All worked. Ready to power up in case of power outage.

I've spent almost a year comparing the different manufactures that are similar to this generators size. After many hours online researching and videos online, the Westinghouse generator is the only brand I will trust for the safety and well being of my family when our power goes out. I work for a utility company and I'm not home when the lights go out, so having a generator I can prep and have ready for my wife and kids is my top priority. The remote start is fantastic and works without hesitation and the fact that this generator is transfer switch ready means I don't have power cords running all of the place where my 4 year old and 1 year old are at risk of injury. I'm even going to get one for my father to replace his 20 year old generator because I'm so impressed with my unit.

I purchased to mitigate power outages due to hurricanes. Not had to use yet. Main reasons for purchase were ability to connect to home, multi fuel, and remote start option. It is on wheels and has handle so I can move it into place as needed with enough amperage to run essential services of home.

Just received this generator and I am impressed with how easily it is to unpack, set up, and test run. Great labeling to help operation, and the owners manual is full of helpful info including electrical schematics, parts list, and troubleshooting instructions.

My wife and I purchased this generator as a way to power some of our needs when the power goes out. Haven't been able to use yet for power needs, but will say it did start without any problems and was really easy. Electric start is an awesome feature and was one of our main points.

Purchased the gas powered WGen9500 to backup our home. It has enough power to keep our refrigerators, freezer, hot tub and furnace up and running in those just in case we need it power outages, especially in winter. Pleased with the features and quality.

My generator arrived today. Put in some oil and gas, followed instructions and it started right up. The remote starter also worked well. I had a question,so I telephoned the customer service number provided and talked with a very nice lady who answered my questions. Haven't had time to run it under a heavy load yet, but I am very satisfied to this point.

I bought this a month ago and it was easy to set up and get running. Powers sump pump, heating, well pump, 2 refrigerators, and a freezer without issue. Researched for months on which one to buy and besides price, this had a great hour per gallon rating than most, various plugs that can be used, and amount of power for all my essentials. I have an electrician coming to set u a new breaker box and plug to go directly to the generator.

Just got my generator, assembly of wheels and feet was easy, came with a spark plug wrench, a 11W battery charger, a quart of oil and a funnel, after connecting the battery adding oil and gas with the push of the button it started right up. It runs great. I have not got to use it to power my home yet but that is next on my list.

Just rev'd my generator and was surprised with the safety features like CO shut down and low oil shut down. The unit came in a premium container so it arrived in perfect condition. Easy to assemble and has all the best accessories like electric start (with fully charged battery and 110v converter charger). Wheel kit, lifting handle, remote start/shut down with FOB! Has all required hoses to hook up to LP bottles and/or Natural gas...Oil, funnel, and spark plug tool also included. Unit has switch plug so it could be hooked up to tranfer to home if done by Certified Electrician .. This TRI fuel unit should work for any job, home, or camp site! Large gas tank for long run times and easy to switch to LP or Natural gas !
