After delivery, I cut the corners of the box and found everything nicely packaged. Installation of legs and wheels took about 15 minutes. Added oil with funnel, that came with the generator, tool kit also included. I added gasoline, selected gasoline on the fuel selector, connected the battery, pushed the start button and it started on the second try. This unit runs quieter than my previous smaller one, which I'm sure my neighbors will appreciate. Nice features like the key fob that start and stop the unit and the tri fuel are going to make life easer during power outages. This model came with great reviews which helped make my decision easier.

After numerous power outages over the past couple of years, I decided to purchase a generator. After reading reviews, I chose a Westinghouse WGEN95500C. Packaging, Directions, Condition of Product & Early Performance have all met any expectations I have had. I have not needed it due a power loss, but as of now, all the testing I have done has shown I have a made a great decision.

Super easy to assembly, oil drain is located so it's not going all over. Folks on the service desk are very friendly. Waiting for the smart switch accessory to make this unit really rock. Unit moves easy, the handle is very nice, large wheels means it rolls smoothly over semi rough terrain. Gonna use this unit to power our 6200 sq ft house, when there's an outage.

I have only had this generator for one week, but so far it operates exactly as described. It is easy to move around and operate. I was surprised at how quickly it was shipped. It got here in two days! The instructions were easy to understand and it is easy to operate. I reviewed a lot of generators prior to purchasing this one. I like the name behind it, the warranty and reviews from other purchasers. No problems so far!

Generator won't start out of the box. Charged battery, filled oil and fill new ethanol free gasoline. The remote is nice hopefully I get the starting issue fixed before I actually need it. Well built machine I'm sure something got loosened up during shipping.

I brought this generator in February as a back up for the house. In Florida we have plenty power outages so it has been great to have this. After a lot of research I found this was the best overall pick for me and very happy so far with the performance

We FINALLY caved in and bought a generator. After extensive research and asking friends we decided on the Westinghouse WGen9500. I mean, it's Westinghouse, been in this business forever. This generator is also number one in the top 10 Generators. We have only used it twice bc of power outages. We moved into a house that is already wired up to support plugging it in and running it. We have run everything in this house and not one time has it tripped. This thing is a Godsend. With the way things are going it's extremely important to have something that will give you the electricity to live your daily life. My mother who lives a few houses away is diabetic and I'm glad she can come here during an emergency and have a cool place to store her medication.

We had a power outage 2 nights ago and I finally got a chance to use my WFH generator. What a life saver - I was able to keep working (I trade Asia markets from my home at night) - during the 3-hr power outage while most of this part of the world was sleeping. Next time I'll know to have more gas on hand, as I wasn't prepared and only had about a third of a container from leftover lawnmower gas around. Regardless, the generator fired up quickly and was reliable when I needed it.

I did a lot of research on what brand generator I will buy. After weeks of researching, I end up buying the westinghouse 9500. I used the 50amp to power my whole house of 2600sq. The best part of this generator is the key fob. I will post a review again in 6months.

I bought this because I was losing power so often and for more than a day at a time. We lost power the week after we got it and it powered our entire house, WITH AC, for 2 days. Thats Refrigerator, A/c, lights and furnace for hot water. Never bogged down, I just had to fill with gas. Really easy to start, has the push button Fob as well. Really happy!
