Got it out of the box, wheels and legs on, oil and gas in, battery connected and started in about 30 mim. I have not had it under full load yet but it has handled everything I have thrown at it. I purchased this for power out situations so I hope it will just sit here and collect dust, but I will be ready if needed.

Three weeks ago, I made the prudent decision to purchase this generator. Recent power outages have demonstrated its value, as it successfully powered two refrigerators, a television, a window air conditioning unit, and two lamps, with ample power capacity remaining.

Bought this generator to provide power after big storms. It arrived in good condition and was easy to unpack. The instructions for setting it up were easy to follow. The unit started easily and runs nicely. Running noise level is good but not great. The unit is easy to move around using the attached handle. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

I bought it a month ago immediately after Hurricane Beryl and just completed all neccessary actions to prepare my home for running off of portable generator power. Yesterday I tested it and it managed to keep lights, fridge and 5T HVAC (with soft start installed) up and running without any issues. Generator dimensions are also a big plus as I can keep it in the garage under the workbench without any issues. My definite recommendation

I bought this generator three weeks ago. It was very easy to set it up but the instructions included. The generator started on the first try almost immediately, and the remote control worked properly as well. Then I connected a few loads the generator self adjusted the voltage self adjusted and it didn't drop, I have not had a power outage yet, so I will try it a few times on the weekends on my backyard powering up some of my electrical tools.. I am not exactly looking forward to have a power outage, but this time I will be prepared and then I can try this generator at a larger load and I will come back to update my review

I wanted a generator that could also run on natural gas The generator came with a very detailed owner's manual which is unusual now because usually you have to print yours on line The manual is very detailed and walks you through maintenance procedures. After setting it up it cranked on the second try. Time will tell if the Chinese engine will hold up but with the instructions for breaking it in and following the maintenance schedule I am optimistic

I purchased this a few weeks ago and the unit looks quite solid and of high quality. I am not looking forward to any power failures, but with this unit I know that me and my family will be able to have our creature comforts especially heat and hot water. Our food in the frig will not spoil.

I bought the WGen9500 Model just over a month ago. What a great buy!!! The unit was easy to setup, and has lots of great features including a remote start. Just installed the wheels, added the oil which was also included, poured in some gas, and it started right up on the first try!!! With the power this unit can provide, we will be able to run all essentials in our house during any future power outages. Very happy with this purchase!!!

I am highly satisfied with this terrific Westinghouse 9500 generator. The features are fantastic. I tested this machine out and it lived up to the advertisement and more. I'm telling all my friends who are in the market for a generator to be sure and purchase this one!!!

I bought this generator last year and have had the occasion to use this multiple times since. The ease and convenience of startup and operation was very surprising and the remote start fob is a big bonus. Fold up/down handle makes it quite easy to maneuver to your desired location and tuck away to minimize the space needed.
