My husband purchased this generator a week ago. He was impressed with the packaging, attention to detail, and overall thought put into it. It included items such as a troubleshooting chart, tools to assemble the tires, and the schematics were included in the manual.

We purchased the WGen900DF in June 2021. We had no need to use it until hurricane Ida made her presence known but was fortunate enough not to loose power. My husband likes the feature of being able to use two types of fuel. Propane will probable be used the most. I will update the review at a later date.

I had the generator delivered and the driver told me he bought the same unit and was really happy with his unit. Quiet running is one of the features I was looking for because where I have to set the unit when in operation. One thing that should be changed is the battery hookup to a charger. the wires are wrong coming from the battery. it is backwards when hooking up to a trikle charger.

I bought this unit after Huricane Baryl. Exactly what I was looking for in a tri fuel. Just did not get it baught and set up until after power restored. Expect it to meet all my needs next time power goes out for extended period. Saw lots of great reviews on this unit.

I just bought this over the Christmas break to prepare for rolling blackouts over the summer and during windy seasons. I wanted a generator big enough to lift the whole house, primarily my central AC. I haven't had a chance to load test it yet, however shipping was in perfect condition. Unboxed it with all parts included. Mounted the wheels (Took 5 mins). Battery was already hooked up to the terminals so all I had to do was connect the pigtails (10 secs). Added the oil (supplied) and gas and fired her up. She started right away with the push start button. Ran her for 15 minutes without load and she sounded great. Programmed the remote (another nice feature) and started her up with it without any issues. I'm having an electrician come out to install a transfer switch to my panel so time will tell how she performs when she'd needed. But I have no doubt she will.

Shipping was less than one week. Unboxed the generator, filled with oil, filled with gas, and hooked up the battery fired up with no issues whatsoever. Runs great I am very pleased. I will update my review as I use the generator. My serial number tag however it was obscured from shipping. It was scuffed and could not read the entire number.

Great generator for a great price. Not many generators in this price range come with a 50amp service. My camper requires a 50amp service, therefore making the WGen9500 series a excellent match without breaking the bank. Not to mention the cool little things it comes with. Having a remote starter is beyond awesome in my opinion. Im looking forward to many years usage to come.

The Tri-Fuel generator has all the features I wanted. I especially like the electric starting feature and the ability to hook up to Natural gas. The unit is also somewhat less noisy than my previous generator. The unit started quickly on gasoline and it was easy to switch to Natural gas. I am really looking forward to running it on Natural gas when the power goes out.

We have not used it yet other briefly connecting to our new transfer switch, but have run it and become familiar with all of the operating features and maintenance procedures. It easily provides enough power to run all 10 of our circuits. Easy to operate and the remote start feature is excellent. The manual pull start is nearly effortless. We are ready for the eminent PG&E shut downs this fall.

Had power outage due to a brush fire in the hills. PG&E performed an emergency shutdown and our neighborhood was out of power for 6 hours. Used this generator and it did its job for back up power. Connected via Transfer Switch. This was recommended by an electrician. Generator is loud, but it's reliable, easy to start with button and easy to follow instructions. I'm happy with my purchase and glad I have this around. You just never know.
