I purchased this machine on 1/31/26 and I'm glad I did. The build quality is excellent and the measured THD was below 12% ( I was expecting something around 20% or more) and it powers my 4 ton Air Conditioner and the house with no problem. I was also pleasantly surprised to see in the owners manual the instructions on how you proceed if you need a floating neutral so you can safely wire it directly to your electrical system. Everything I needed to get going was included and I'm genuinely happy with my purchase. I will likely purchase one of their smaller Inverter models in the next month or so to supplement my solar system.

I tried to started when cold weather came.. Big trouble starting it and when finally did , the AC 120/240V50 A outlet not working. Called an electrician, and he check it , no power on it. Can you e mail me if this is under 3 years warranty ? Thank you . Andrzej Rusak

Title says it all. Just make sure to run once a month, keep up on maintenance, and tend the battery.

I still am impressed with the generator even though the shipping company had shipped it upside down so all the oil had spilt out over the generator.

Leaked fuel. Never started. Unfortunate lost over $2000-$3000] in food from power loss. Im supposed to be happy with $20 from them..

Easy to install, sturdy and reliable generator. I loved the FOB key feature and the data center panel. Highly recommended.

Minimal assembly needed. Added oil and gas and started right up. The remote start was a selling feature.

I'm a senior and I had no problems getting it together and working. It's easy to move & start. No more pull cord for me. I love the remote start.

Have only tried it out for a short while. Hurricane season is coming. Seems well made. Had very good reviews. Good instructions
