So far so good. The unit feels incredibly well made, came with lots of extra stuff like a spark plug wrench and tools. Included the battery, remote, oil, and everything needed for a first start. Not as quiet as I would like, but few generators are.

I researched a lot of generators and found this one to be beyond compare for the price. It fired right up on the first start. Mobility easy with the handle/wheels. The remote start was an unexpected added bonus that works great. I am very happy/satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this generator to others.

I bought this item during Hurricane Beryl and it saved us. We had been without power about 6 days and with kids and elders. Cannot image the days without power. I used the natural gas as a constant power source and never need to worry about long lines at the gas station.

Great generator for the price. I needed something that was powerful enough to run my 3hp well pump and pressurized septic system during power outages. The generator is powerful enough to do that and more. The generator came undamaged and was super easy to assemble. It even came with the battery and the exact amount of motor oil needed. It fired up right away and ran great, it didn't even rev-up when I plugged in an angle grinder and turned it on.

Heavy product but once the wheels and feet are installed it is much easier to move around. The plastic wheels don't give me much confidence, however, that they will last long. It is loud, but it is a 12KW generator! But...It runs my 4 ton AC and most everything else in my house so I am very pleased with it..for now!

This generator provides a lot of flexibility by having a choice of 3 power sources. Living in an area where you can get snowed in, it's nice not having to worry about not being able to get to a gas station to keep the generator running; you simply can hook up to your natural gas line for as long as you need it.

I bought this product in preparation for our next outage. After unboxing it, I'm amazed at all the features that are available and the ease of use. I began plugging things into the generator unnecessarily just so I could test out the functions and features. The remote start and push button start take it over the top.

Just purchased. Everything works as expected, simple assembly of legs/wheels, oil fill, battery connect. Started on the third pull. Electric start (button) also started with no issues. Includes dedicated battery charger for electric start battery.

I bought this generator a few weeks ago. I have yet to use it in an emergency but I am sure I will be able to run this even when my husband is not home. The electric start button and remote work like a charm! I now feel safe with hurricane season in full swing. No doubt I will be able to run all my important appliances and still have enough to power an AC which is a must in the Texas heat.
