Great unit was easy to put together. Unit started on first try with remote, no problem at all. For all the features and different fuel, you can run on, I'm glad i made this purchase. Checked online and this unit is sold out. I believe this was a smart and great purchase. Now look forward to tying into fuel run and installing unit to electric panel.

We ordered this to replace our generator that quit working. It was easy to assemble. This generator has great features and is big enough to run everything we need in a power outage. Even though it is a large generator it is easy to maneuver around.The electric start is a nice feature and it fired the generator right up. Quiet for its size. Have used smaller generators that are much louder. Very happy with this purchase.

Our generator was delivered a few days ago. We haven't actually had an opportunity to use it yet. We have it ready to go when we need it, but we will have an electrician set us up where we can plug it into our electric panel and have alot of items we can use in our home if the power goes out. Hurricane season on the Texas gulf coast is here. Hopefully we won't have to use it. The generator started up easily with the remote and with the electric start button. The only thing that I can say that was negative is that the bottle of oil we were provided to add was a little short on the dipstick. It showed at the very bottom of cross hatch on dipstick. Maybe to prevent overfilling. We purchased a bottle of the correct oil and will add just a little more. I like that it will automatically shut off for carbon monoxide detection. Seems like it will be a great generator for us and keep us comfortable when power outages arise!

My generator just got delivered a few days ago. Quick easy assemble and started on the first try with one push of a button. It was the only time I ran it so far and have not ran it with a load yet but have nothing but good things to say about it so far

I bought the WGen9500 12 days ago. Easy to follow startup procedures. Engine started on first pull of the manual start. Battery needed charging, would not start with push button electric start or the fob. Ready for hurricane season, but hope I do not need to use the WGen9500.

I have finely unboxed my generator yesterday. It was so simple with the enclosed manuals to start it up. Added oil, gas, plugged battery up , and turned fuel on . Pushed Start Button went to start cycles to feed fuel to carbonator third started right up. Beforehand I had plugged power cable to house. Turned breaker on, on generator & voltage was perfect

Bought this unit to replace my 20 years old generator. Works like a charm and it works great with unlimited supply of natural gas which was the main reason to buy it. No need to store large quantities of gasoline is . Unit is very compact and well put together

I bought this item 07-13-2024 and received it on the 25th. Tested it out and it is strong enough to power everything. Great features, I love the remote start feature and best of all is that it is a tri-fuel so I can use natural gas, propane, or gasoline.

Just purchased this a few days ago after my old generator died during an extended power outage. I was looking for something to run my whole house, including the AC, and this does the trick. It was easy to assemble, super easy push button start. Haven't had a power outage, but gave this a trial run, and it definitely does the job.

Bought for the summer hurricane season here in Texas. Started right away. It is heavy but the wheels help. This is something I don't plan on using or moving around all the time. Even the key fob worked right away. I plan to start it up monthly and let it run for about 10 min just to keep things flowing. Looking forward to using it if I need to! FYI- I comes with oil but the engine oil tank is empty upon arrival. It will take the entire quart of oil that comes with it.
