I am tired of the crappy Texas power grid failing all the time and needed something to give me piece of mind for my house. Learning about the Westinghouse tri-fuel system sealed the deal for me since I have nat gas. Bought it and couldn't be happier.

Heavy duty portable generator that will not only do my lights and heat, but also handle other things like the hot water heater, and the central air. Much quieter than my old 5k generator. Obviously having power during an outage is the most important thing here, but the added benefits of the remote start, and the push button start add to the features. It is a heavy duty generator, so it does carry some weight, but I was surprised at how well it moves around. That's pretty important when you are trying to set something up in the middle of the night with no lights at all. Both 30amp and 50 amp receptacles, so will work in a variety of locations. Am very satisfied with this product.

Opened box and put the 2 wheels and 2 legs on with the supplied tools, added oil/fuel and connected the battery. Followed the starting instructions label on the generator and was running within 10 minutes of opening box. So simple. Hooked up my RV to the 50amp outlet and turned on the A/C, TV, Microwave and the unit didn't flinch at all. Such a great Generator, would recommend for sure. Love the fob to start and stop from inside the RV

I bought the Unit a few months ago for upcoming Hurricane season down South. I am happy to have 3 options to operate the Generator, which I have access to use all 3 methods. I am able to start the Generator with a remote device. The generator is easy to roll to my outside location near my gas hookup. It is easy to hookup to my propane bottles also.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and just got it broken in, then hooked up to the house and ran all appliances. I'm using natural gas to run generator and will only use propane as a backup or need more power, I'll never use gas as it will gum up the carburetor eventually. I have natural gas for heat, stove, water heater and dryer, tried heater and ran great. It was barely running at half load with everything running. I'll update when I actually have to use it for an emergency.

I received the generator quickly and in great shape. All that was required to put together was installing the wheels and front feet. Took about 5 minutes. Added oil and gas and pressed the start button for a second or two and it fired right up! Everything checked out, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Wouldn't you know that when you buy a generator your power outages go down... haha! Didnt need to use it for months, but when we did it started right up.... after my husband remembered to turn the gas back on it, 5 minutes later..lol! We ran a heavy extension cord into the house, then off that a heavy splitter to run fridge, microwave, lamp, and TV. No where near the capacity this generator can handle. When the fridge cycled on, the generator didn't bog down at all. We've had a lot of power outages from 20 minutes to 9 days, this will definitely make things easier.

On the second of July we bought this generator. It was delivered ten days later to our door. We are waiting for the electrician to do his work to provide power to the house, but the start up of the generator was so easy I couldn't wait to give a review. The documentation provided with the generator was so simple. The steps had us gas it up, add oil, make the battery connections, flip the switches and push a button and the generator sprang to life. We shut it off and then used the remote, again instant response. Now everything could go wrong later and I will be back to say if that is so however the most critical part of my non-mechanical fears are resolved. It was so easy.

Haven't needed to use it yet bu the set up and 1st start out of the box couldn't have been easier. Battery was charged. I didn't have to connect the wires to the battery just connect the factory installed connectors. Came with the right amount of oil son no guess work. Started with the push of a button! Next power outage we'll be ready!

I bought this a month ago, 5 day power outage, ran what we needed in the house and kept freezer frozen. It did have a shutdown one day, not sure, we had to go in and clean spark plugs, drain oil, clean air filter and it started, this was after only 24 hours.
