We bought this unit last month and have only performed a test run. It is much quieter than expected and has all the features that we wanted. We were also impressed that the unit came with a curved funnel to easily pour the oil. We bought the unit in preparation for the PGE safety power outages and hopefully we will not have to use it often. It appears to be the reliable energy backup we were expecting.

I bought this generator about 5 months.It was a big investment.On a generator that will sit until an emergency arises and boy did it.I did research on this and I want a multi fuel generator .I needed something thats going to handle whatever I can throw at it.since I have 2 year old twins and a 3 year old including my wife and I.With heavy winds and power going out and not getting fixed for atleast 3 days.The generator worked way more than expected.It took everything I threw at it and could've took more..Perfect ,awesome great generator.Now I won't have to worry about power going out anymore.

I bought this generator after searching and searching for one you for 1 after finally purchasing it it lived up to all its expectations the generator shipped on time and was delivered on time everything in the Box was in perfect condition took only a few minutes to put the generator together soon as I pushed the button it started up 1st time no issues whatsoever I live in Louisiana and have never owned a generator before but after going through hurricane Ida this was the best investment that I have spent in such a long time great job Westinghouse you knocked it out of the park with this one

Purchased the WGen9500TFc during Hurricane Beryl. Right as we purchased it the power was restored. Going through the break-in process now and it hardly flinches when I add a portable a/c to the load. I'm running the generator on NG, so I'm sacrificing a few ponies in order to avoid gas lines during an outages. It's one of the items I hope I never have to use, but will be thankful for it if I do need it. So far no problems, but I only have a couple of hours on the generator currently.

We placed our two Honda 3500 with this Westinghouse 9500/12,500 watt generator. The one Honda has been in the shop a couple times and wanted to try a new brand. Westinghouse had good reviews and we're glad we chose this one. We have not really tried this out yet but we are now ready!

In light of a recent hurricane that came through my area and shut off power for a couple days, I decided to go with this hefty generator, the WGen9500, in order to sustain power for the most important components such as AC and fridges, in the case power goes out again. I have not had a chance to run it yet but I will be ready should the need arrive. Aside from that, the generator has great reviews and I got a personal recommendation from a friend who owns one that it was well worth it.

i got this about 1 month ago. I run it on natural gas. set up was very easy. started right up Runs the whole house. Haven't tried the a/c yet . I have a work shop and it ran 2 240 volt heavy duty machines at once plus my household appliances. Heat ,stove, and water heater are gas.so no problem. I would not try to run my machines, the a/c and dryer at one time, but one at a time will probably work. I haven't had it long ,but so far seems like a good purchase .

I never thought about a gen till recent looking back at the struggles of blackouts thru out the years. That's over now thanks to Westinghouse 9500/12500 gas, I can power my whole house. Turned on like a champ me and my family are super excited. Com on black outs…I got something for you. Lol.

This electric start is just great. Put in the gas and oil hooked the battery connection and it fired right up. Key fob will probably be nice when it's setting outside and it's cold out. We're all electric and this should be enough generator to run all the essentials.

Bought this is a backup power source for an offgrid house. I appreciate being able to turn it on remotely on cold mornings or shut it off while laying in bed. It runs my welder nicely as well, which has always been problematic before, due to the transient nature of the loads. I'm extremely pleased with all of the other features, too.
