After assembly and fuel and oil, turned on ignition switch, fuel valve, and plugged in battery, set choke and used pull starter. It started first pull. Tried electric start and key fob all worked well. Turned on breaker switch and tried power tools all worked, I am very happy with this 9500/12500 Make sure your oil is full, the oil shipped is not enough to fill the engine completely!

Wouldn't you know that when you buy a generator your power outages go down... haha! Didnt need to use it for months, but when we did it started right up.... after my husband remembered to turn the gas back on it, 5 minutes later..lol! We ran a heavy extension cord into the house, then off that a heavy splitter to run fridge, microwave, lamp, and TV. No where near the capacity this generator can handle. When the fridge cycled on, the generator didn't bog down at all. We've had a lot of power outages from 20 minutes to 9 days, this will definitely make things easier.

after purchasing this system and other than turning it on after first purchasing it, when I attempted to start it to run it every 6 months as suggested. Came to find out after multiple attempts to contact someone that it was the ignition switch that was bad

I installed this as a whole house backup using a transfer switch. I wanted a Tri-Fuel generator so I could hook it up to the natural gas line when using it as a backup generator, but also use gas or propane if I needed to use it remotely. It is big enough to back up all the important circuits in my house (except for the Air Conditioning Compressor) and still small enought to load into my pickup (by wheeling it up a loading ramp) to take with me when needed. The simple fuel selection dial provides three different fuel options out of the box in case a lengthy power outage makes fuel hard to find.

Bought this gen in April '23 and have it set up to run on propane. I plan to run on non-ethonal gas if needed. I have it set up in a Generator shed with the battery charger on 24/7 so it is ready to go. I have also installed an Easy Start on my central A/C and a generator interlock switch. This unit does every thing I want it to do and more including starting the A/C (approx 40-45 LRA). I'm thinking about getting the auto switch over for my fridge/freezer and sump pumps. The pic shows the 90 degree propane fitting I added so the propane hose didn't have a sharp bend in it, the battery charger cord inserted and the green 30 amp cord to my inlet box. I didn't set up the 50 amp since I don't think I'll need it. This unit replaced a 4000 watt which has served me well for over 25 yrs but it was time to move up to an electric start. No outages yet but I think this will serve me well too. Background: I'm a retired electrical engineer and wannabe electrician!

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS GENERATOR .IT WAS PACKED WELL ALL PARTS WER THERE VERY EASY INSTRUCTIONS IT FIRED UP VERY EASY. IDID THE BREAK IN PEIROD AS INSTRUTOONS THEN PLUGED IN TO MY 5O AMP R V UNDER A FULL LOAD . IT DID A VERY GOOD JOB VERY WELL PLEASED WITH THIS PURACHE

Have not had emergency situation or a job big enough to use it yet, but I had to use it. I had fridge, freezer chest, sump pump, electric heater and a large room ac all running at same time and this beast didn't skip a beat. It should be in every home.

Just receive this Portable Generator. Looks great, has everything I need to keep my freezer, 2 refrigerators and some lights on during and after these terrible destructive storms and many power interruptions. I hope I don't have to use it, but nice knowing it's there when I need it. Comes preassembled, add base supports and wheels, oil and gas.

I bought this generator to power my house in the event of power-outages. Just received delivery of the unit on Friday, Oct 22nd and already fired it up. This generator provides enough amps/watts to power my entire house (about 1800 sq/ft) - AC, Furnace, Tankless Hotwater, fridge, oven, washer/dryer... the list goes on.

Bought on 7/26/21..Arrived quickly for a package this size..Assembled and preped according to instructions...Started right up with remote and key FOB...Tested some itmes on the power outlets and the worked perfectly..Generator never changed tones..Bought to power my house as were getting into the start of the peak hurricane season and wanted to be ready best I could..Have not wired to my house yet but will update this as soon as I do..Planning on running window AC units(s) instead of my central unit so I will have more available power to run other necessary items..Central draws to much running load
