Looking forward to many years with this generator. We went with the tri-fuel so I could leave it running at night on natural gas, and not having to mess with refueling it. The only problem I have with this generator is the very low propane/natural gas quick connect. We built a platform for it to sit in but had to cut out one section for the connection to be made.

Picked up unit yesterday and put it together last night. Started right up and runs great. Put a circular saw on it for a small load test and unit barely even grunted. Runs a little bit loud. I thought it had the idle control feature but apparently it does not. A minor issue, but it would be nice if it had it. Overall very pleased so far! Unit looks very well made and runs like a champ.

I picked this generator up a few days ago, easy to set up, and I fired it up, using the remote button and hooked up to Propane. It fired right up! I let it run for about 15 minutes plugged in a couple of things, a small heater, and it never flinched. Even if I never have to use it, it is great comfort to know I can keep my family warm in the winter and cool in the summer and be able to have hot water and run most appliances with this baby! Being a tri-fuel product, I am in the country and don't expect to use the natural gas but it's a good feeling knowing I can use gasoline or propane.

Just got it, added oil and gas and it fired right up on the first try. Tried the remote and it worked great as well. Getting generator plug installed in a few days and I will be ready for the next power outage. Really confident this generator will be everything I need.

We received this generator right in time for the hurricane that hit Houston on July 8th. We were without power for 7 days but this generator was good. We had 2 window units connected as well as a fan, and our mobile device charging. Would recommend as it also is compatible with gasoline, propane, and natural gas to run.

I added this product to my home backup system to deal with frequent and long power outages. When combined with a transfer switch, I can now run my whole house and don't have to choose which loads to run and only have certain lights available. Th This unit came with plenty of extras (and all the things you'd expect, like the starting battery). It came with a battery tender, an oil funnel and a propane hose and natural gas hose. I like the flexibility of not being stuck to gasoline and having to stabilize it between usage.

I did a lot of research into portable generators for our home and landed on the WGen9500. It offered the most essential features and greatest capacity for the price range which coupled with the Westinghouse reputation and dependability made the difference for me.

Followed start up instructions and it worked like a champ right out of box. You need to add another couple of oz of 10-30 oil to fill on top of the qt provided. Charged the battery for about 5 min to get a full charge, used the FOB to start, 3 tries and it fired right up! Its not as loud as other generators I have used, definitely a quality product. I haven't had to use it yet but I'm ready for the storm season.

Purchased after wind storm left us without power for two days. Sat in my garage, only unboxed and put on the wheels. Hurricane knocked out our power Sunday night, once the winds passed I added oil, fueled it up, rolled it into the backyard, and pressed the quick start. Cranked right up and is keeping our fridges running, several fans, lights, charging devices, and our TV. Very happy with this generator.

Bought it last fall 2019. Had to use it twice. Once for a snow storm where power was out for 5 hours and again the next summer in a tropical storm for 8 hours. Ran all 10 circuits on the transfer switch flawlessly. We had water fridge freezer and lights etc. Love it
