I bought this generator for my home and it sufficiently supplies power for everything in my house. The the push button start or the remote start makes it very easy to use and it is actually very quiet compared to what I thought it would be.

I bought this to replace my older unit that is half the power but this one is way easier to start and much quieter running so far so good haven't tested on the whole house yet but I am sure it will do fine .

Happy with this generator. Remote start works perfect at long distances, 50 amp outlet with cord attached is very close to wheel. Shipping packaging needs improvement arrived with minor dents and blemishes. Assembly was very quick runs strong!

I bought this for emergencies, it's a great product, easy to move around, lots of features, and love the remote start key fob! Great buy, I highly recommend.

Hello, I am mother of two and our power always goes out during the winter. This winter I was prepared with the dual powered generator. I also added the plug on the house. I was excited to use it but we didn't get a freeze this year. Ha, but I was ready.

Just recievedand uncrated today. Machine was in perfect condition and start automatically right up. Purchasing the smart switch soon will be using to power whole house as soon as electrician wires up the connection box. Did alot of research and have alot of hope it worksgreat.

I bought this generator 1 year ago to be able to hook up to my house (all electric house) in case of emergencies. We are in Montana and can get some fairly harsh winters. Used it a time or 2 with the house over the last year and it worked like a dream! Since then, I've had it with me on jobs, couldn't be happier.

I have been wanting to bug a Generator for years. I wish I had done this sooner. I am very pleased with the Westinghouse wgen9500. Also shipping was so fast- I expected 2-3 weeks abs 4 days later I got a call that it was ready to deliver. Should've done this years ago!

I purchased this generator a while back and have not had a need to turn it on yet because I bought it for in case of hurricane. We are under a hurricane watch right now so we started it for the first time and it seems to work like a charm! The remote start works and turning off the generator, but it does not turn the generator on. However, I am going to consult the manual again to see if we're doing something wrong.
