Westinghouse 9,500/12,500-Watt Gasoline-Powered Portable Generator

I love this generator, it is the first one I have ever owned. very easy to assemble and I especially love the remote start feature.

GREAT GENERATOR

Generator has exceed my expectations, generator is powerful enough to power my 1900 sq ft home with ease & is quite enough to run through the night. Push to start & key fob start/stop is a key feature as well.

I just bought it, came truckline on pallet in perfect condition. Had it together and running in less than an hour, including reading the manual. Runs great.

Sweet

Have only had this thing a year and a half. The push start doesn't work and when starting it manually it runs for about 15 seconds and then dies. Have only used it once other than monthly maintenance runs

Stopped Working after 1.5 years

As stated, delivery was good, but the container was heavenly damaged. I called the trucking company to report it before I opened the container. They instructed me to open and report any damage. It turned out there was no damage to report.

Damaged Container

I bought this generator last month due to its ability to operate with 3 different options for fuel.  You don't typically find a generator is this price range that operates on Natural Gas in addition to Gas and Propane.

Tri-fuel option

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.

Quit running after 10 min

I bought this generator, because I always wanted to buy one, and when I saw the price of this one, I just couldn't miss the deal. I saved $400 dollars from it's original price. I did some research and read good things about it. O and by the way it's huge was left on a pallet on my yard, we couldn't move it.We had to open the box and put the wheels on it in order to roll it in to our shed.
