i wish i could find one nice thing to say about sam's changing to this packaging. i have bought these several times hoping i just got a bad one but it is not the case. it may have a longer expiration date for sam's but due to the immense inconsistency of the size of breasts in each package, i have to open all of them before freezing to match up sizes for cooking purposes. a package may contain a huge breast along with one that is barely the size of a chicken tender which is not a chicken breast. rarely are the breasts even close to the same size inside one container. so then i am left trying to get into all of the difficult plastic while not contaminating my whole kitchen only to find that the chicken is so poorly cut up. i consider this an ultimate failure on sam's part. i have bought chicken from you for years but would rather pay more to be able to "see" what i am buying. all of the "great" reviews that are given makes me very curious why the ones they are getting are so very different from the several different purchases i have made.

I bought two weeks ago. The chicken was very well package withTh two breasts per section with four sections per package. The packaging was very easy to divide and freeze for later use. The chicken was firm, fresh, and clean. Making meal prep very easy. Our first chicken meal was cooked on the grilled. The meat came out tender and juicy. These were some of the best chicken breasts I have ever used.

This new packaging is woke. lol,just kidding. I like the new packaging. Had no problem separating the sides that were glued together. It’s like that soft, stretchy booger glue.I used scissors to cut it into its four quarters. No mishaps. There was no big juicy mess upon opening the portions. The breast meat needed no fat trimmed, nor was it slimy, shredded, or unevenly sized. I briefly brined the chicken breasts, then grilled them to perfection. Thanks Sam’s!

We don't buy chicken in separate packages very often but found it to be very convenient to grill what we needed and store the rest of the chicken for later without making a mess. Made chicken tacos. Quality chicken and easy to grill. Would use and recommend.

Old Chicken/Packaging was Cleaner, Trimmed Better, Packaged Better, Tasted Better. Clearly, something has changed here, and it seems like less value and care for the same money. If the quality does not return, we will be purchasing out chicken elsewhere. PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CONSUMERS AMD FIND A HAPPY MEDIUM

This chicken is terrible, why did you switch? I cut the fat ect off the chicken and it disgusted me by the way it looked. I ended up putting over three pieces in a bag to cook for my dog but I'm not even sure its fit for him. I hope you're planning on changing back.

Sams what happened? Why did you change? The chicken breasts are much smaller..u cant see them so you dont know what getting with this new packaging. Plus so hard to separate the packages. This chix was my go to..now it looks like going to another store to buy chicken I can see.

Really hoping that when I shop this weekend that the previous chicken breasts are available. Part of the reason I buy chicken from Sam's is the big package and good quality meat. I cook at least 2 packages per week. Not only is the new packaging difficult to maneuver (4 separate pouches with 2 breasts in each pouch), the pieces of chicken are smaller and really stringy.

Love the packaging, especially. As a single lady, this makes it so easy to just separate out a portion to cook up. The portion in each section was enough for two meals, so it's perfect. The chicken itself is great. Boneless, skinless and not loaded with the extra liquids that some packages have.

Yes, I bought this product on June 5, 2024. The chicken breasts were moist and juicy. My only complaint is that it does not state that there are two chicken breasts in each package, which I think it should. I opened two sections thinking there was one large breast in each package but there are two so I had to repackage two of them again.
