We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Member’s Mark fresh chicken has been less than ideal. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your experience — even if it’s not what we wanted to hear. We share all feedback with our quality and product development teams, including yours, so we can improve. Please know that we stand behind our products with our Member’s Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and we invite you to visit your favorite Sam’s Club location for a full refund, or to exchange your product.

We’re so happy you love the new Member’s Mark fresh chicken packaging as much as we do, MERP! We designed the new packaging with our valued Sam’s Club members in mind. The “saddle” packages make storage convenient and tidy for the refrigerator or freezer. And the individual, perforated pouches make it easy to use just what’s needed for your favorite recipes or family size — and to store the rest for later. We share all comments with our quality and product development teams, and your feedback is invaluable!

Your feedback is important to us, Ty, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your experience — even if it’s not what we wanted to hear. Our packaging has changed but we have not changed our standards or commitment to providing quality chicken you’ve come to trust from Member’s Mark. We relay all comments like yours to our quality team for future improvement, and we really appreciate the time you’ve taken to provide yours.

We're sorry the chicken isn't to your liking, Dominga. Please know all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be returned for a full refund anytime.
