Today, when I removed the packaging and inspected the item, I found that the bottom edge of the console was damaged. The wood veneer is chipped and peeling, which appears to have happened before or during delivery. I have attached photos showing the damage. Since this is a brand-new item, I would like to request a replacement. If a replacement is not available, please let me know what other options are available. Thank you for your assistance. The item has not been used and was discovered to be damaged immediately after removing the packaging.

Never received the product. Maybe it's good, maybe it isn't. I'd recommend picking it up yourself if at all possible. Sam's Club shipper (ATI) gave me a date, missed it, never called does not list a telephone contact and did not respond to my email. Supposedly, the product has been in my town for the past two days. Very disappointed in both Sam's Club and ATI.

I love the black console. TV is so elegant easy to take out the box just took my time no problems easy to out the box and take up less room than I thought it would . I love the shelving's, and I put my TV on it just perfect another winner .Thanks Sam's Club and the two gentlemen that deliver was awesome. 😃😃✅✅✅✅✅

Big, beautiful console! I bought it in black, and it looks great in my room. It is a very heavy, substantial piece of furniture. It weighs approximately 150lbs. The delivery service will not bring it into the house, so it is a good idea to have a strong friend or two on call to help move it. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition.

Item seems sturdy but arrived with significant damages and outside of the delivery window.

We were very skeptical because of the price!! We compared this for many months to others that were way more expensive! We bought 2 the same day, we put 1 in our large living room and 1 in our dining room. Adjustable legs, plenty of storage , and a classy look! Exceptionally well packaged, we had to adjust 1 door, which could've been due to our floor. Love this item and definitely would recommend it. Thank you, Sam's Club...

I ordered this in black and am 100% satisfied. Good quality, storage aplenty, no assembly required, very attractive piece of furniture. I don't review a lot of purchases but I was so pleased with this I wanted everyone who may be contemplating a purchase to know that it is well worth the money. I tried to send pic but was unsuccessful.

Great looking console, but the durability of the finish is lacking. I wouldn't fully recommend with any kids in your home. Fortunately the oem manufacturer was able to send me a touch-up pen to help with the multiple chips that developed in a manner of months even with minor bumps that don't cause damage on our other furniture.
