Lost 63 pounds last year and had this keto ice cream bar almost every day. It kept me feeling full on intermittent fasting and kept me feeling like I wasn’t being deprived of sweets. Tastes great!!

Upon taking it out of the freezer, it will be "hard," like u definitely can't just bite into it right away. But it definitely does melt & soften up with 5 mins max. So I'd buy again. 😋

I've been looking for something that I can have that doesn't have a lot of sugar but still tastes good. These are amazing!! I shared these on Facebook so everyone can know how good they are!

These are addicting.

Disappointingly tasteless. The ice cream is bland with no flavor. It is very hard and the chocolate shell shatters all over the place creating lots of little messes as the chocolate melts. The shell does have a nice chocolatey flavor with nuts and a nice salty crunchiness. That's not enough to save this bar, though. Won't buy again and won't recommend.

I bought this to start curbing my sweets addiction and I guess they'll do the job. I tried "thawing" for about 5 minutes but were still hard as a rock. I'll try maybe 10+ minutes or maybe 15 secs in the microwave. Aside from that, the salted caramel flavor is very...meh. it gets artificial tasting about halfway through. Not really into it but I have 11 more bars to go.

If something is "KETO" then eating 15 grams of carb in one "Desert" or "Snack" IS NOT KETO. ONE of these, with that CARB CONTENT will throw you out of KETO in a fast second. That Company and Sam's may need to go back and review what KETO Really means. Just because they're made with almond milk? DOES NOT make them KETO.

The appearance on the box is so inviting. Once I tried to eat one, it tasted like it had melted and refroze or it was freezer burned. I noticed it wouldn't melt, and I thought it was silly to think that ice cream was "hard." However, after reading other reviews, I found others felt the same. I did not try to eat others and threw the rest away. I was very disappointed to pay nearly $15 for one ice cream bar.

Not sure if I just had a bad batch or it's an acquired taste, but mine tasted like freezer burn. I tried more than one, and had my kids try it as well, in case it was just me. They're still sitting in my freezer. I sometimes try to eat one when I'm craving ice cream, but I can't take more than a couple of bites. From the reviews it seems that some folks like them, but I can't recommend. The sugar free fudge pops that Sam's sells though, those are amazing.

I wish I had not bought two boxes but Sam's products are usually so good. I agree with all the negative reviews. Ice cream was hard & more like a popsicle than ice cream. Chocolate was thin, tasteless & most fell off after you take one bite. Worst keto product I have ever tasted.
