I love these! I've tried a lot of keto foods and these ice cream bars are delicious! The sea salt caramel flavor mingles very well with the thin chocolate coating. The "ice cream" is like that of others I've had but its a bit more ice than cream when you first open it. It gets a little more creamy as it starts melting. I love the crunchy bits too. There is no weird aftertaste or funky flavor at all that I can tell. Honestly I would easily be fooled to think they're not a diet dessert at all. After trying them I looked at the description on Sam's app and I respect the guys who made these so much! Two brothers made them for their Dad because he was sick and they loved him so much that they wanted him to be healthy and happy. And icecream is great at making someone happy. I hope Sam's keeps these in stock. They're a farmer supportive and sustainably resourced company. Can't get any better.
