Initially I was excited to bite into these ice cream bars, but once they began to melt on my tongue, I wondered why I didn't taste the sweetness of the caramel. After a few more bites and adjusting to the different flavors, and lack thereof, I decided to keep them, but not buy again.

This dessert is made for Texas in the summer! I try to keep my diet fairly KETO, and this is a real treat. Lean over your plate, though, as the crisp chocolate crust will shatter as you eat it, and you DON'T want to lose any of those delectable pieces. I need will-power (won't power?) to limit myself to just one a day.

When I tell you RUN don't walk to get these listen to me! I found them at a supermarket and they were only 4 in a pack and I would finish them in less than 2 weeks because they are sooo good! I almost did back flips when I saw Sams had them and for 12 in a pack at almost the cost of 4 in a reg supermarket! I had gestational diabetes while pregnant so these were my go to snack before I gave birth that satisfied my sweet tooth without spiking my sugar! Fast forward I don't want to get diabetes in the future so I now follow a life long low carb and almost zero sugar diet, so these have become my staple snack instead of ice cream! They are so flavorful and yummy! For actual diabetics you will totally enjoy

These bars are surprisingly good, and unlike a lot of alternatives, are reasonably large.

These pops are low sugar and they taste great! Will buy them again.
